The Race battery takes about 5.5 hours, the Race Lite battery about 3.5 hours and the Fly Race battery about 1 hour. Both of the batteries are not affected by “memory effect”, meaning that the battery can be charged at any time and as long as you want, without the need to complete the load cycle.

The speedometer of the Klick is produced by the same manufacturer of the Klick. Yes, some Klick models are equipped with a dedicated button that activates the Intelligent Cruise Control. This function will maintain the set speed both uphill and downhill.

The Klick is covered by a 24-month warranty. The battery is covered by a 12-month warranty. Both warranties start from their date of registration in the Klaxon digital platform.

Practical and Useful Information

Yes, it is also possible to install the Klick on foldable wheelchairs, as the crossbeams can be removed if the wheelchair has to be folded. In order to remove the crossbeam you just have to remove the locking pins that keep it fixed to the clamping rings.

Yes, the Klick is certified to overcome slopes of up to 6°/10%. It is also possible, in order to improve the wheel traction when climbing, to purchase some additional weights that can be installed on the front fork.

The Klick is certified to overcome steps up to a height of 5 cm (Maximum user's weight 100 kg)

With the Race battery, the Klick will cover approximately 45-50 km. With the Race Lite battery, the Klick will cover approximately 20-25 km. With the Race Lite battery pack, the Klick will cover approximately 10-12 km. The estimated mileage refers to use on flat terrain, with the user weighing 70 kg and the gear speed set to level 1.

The choice of battery does not affect the speed output, but the range the Klick can achieve.

The manufacturer limited the Klicks speed to 15 km/h, in accordance to the international law.

Yes, the only limitation reported relates to the transportability of the battery. International regulations require that the battery, placed in a backpack or similar, travels in the cabin with the passenger. It is absolutely forbidden to store it in the luggage compartment of the cargo hold. The IATA (International Air Transport Association) sets the maximum Wh limit at 300 Wh (figure obtained by multiplying Volts by Ah) for a single battery, at 160 Wh (for each battery) if travelling with two separate batteries. IATA also delegates to each individual airline the freedom to determine these limitations independently. We recommend checking with the airline's customer service department. Yes, because the Klick is assembled according to the user's specifications. Customised fitting does not require any additional costs.

There is the possibility to drive it one‐handed. However the accessibility and the usability of the commands has to be at disposal at any time. In alternative we also produce a handlebar that allows to accelerate and brake through the so called “push and pull”‐principle.

Yes, the Klick is supplied with a universal KLICK Linking System Klaxon® that allows the Klick to be adapted to all different types of wheelchair. To fit two wheelchairs, you will need to purchase an additional installation kit. If there are three wheelchairs, only two more installation kits will be needed.
